CRM EventPak

This tool provides an out-of-the-box solution for Synergy Users requiring Account Management Call Reporting and Sales Opportunity Management.

It was developed to have Synergy Users that are migrating from a Contact Management Programs such as ACT, Goldmine, SalesLogix or SalesForce.com to be up and running in a matter of days, not weeks.  Reports and Views have been added to this EventPak to satisfy a Sales Manager for activitiy and opportunity tracking.  Sales Opportunities can be tracked and reported within Synergy in real time with no more Excel spreadsheet tracking.

With this EventPak, there are no SDK changes that are required to be made to Synergy.  This means that customers that use this EventPak will not have to have modifications created when they move to the next version of Synergy (ASP Version).  Click on the links (below) for more information or to purchase this EventPak.  

A version for Synergy Enterprise is in development and should be available in Mid September 2011.

The price for this EventPak is $2,500 which includes phone support to install and implement this tool.  This document describes all of the tools that are included in this EventPak.  This CRM EventPak requires the use of the KnowledgeSync Event Manager module.

When out-of-the-box functionality doesn't quite fit your business requirements, Exact Software has tools that Software Developers such as SynergyExperts.com can use to modify your Synergy Classic (ASP) or Synergy Enterprise software

When using modifications from certified Synergy developers, your move to future versions of the software means that changes made to the database or page changes (ASP or ASPX) should not affect your business.   

An exception to this policy is when your organization moves from Synergy Classic (ASP) and moves over to the dot net version called Synergy Enterprise.  Because of a difference in programming languages - any modifications will need to be rewritten.  Requests, Documents, Accounts and other data will be converted, but not any business changes made to Synergy Classic (ASP).
