Our Tools will enhance your Synergy functionality.
The tools that are available on this website were also developed for either our in-house use of Synergy or for customers. As an example, our CRM EventPak was created for our telemarketing department and after numerous customers approached us, we modified it to function as a true Account Management tool.
We are in the process of packaging our original Telemarketing EventPak to handle internal telemarketing requirements for customers.
An Preventative (Asset) Maintenance EventPak was released to enhance the use of Synergy Classic (ASP) by the service department of an organization. The EventPak includes over 30 custom views to allow an organization to manage these tasks more efficiently.
Through the course of implementations, customers have approached us with screens that they wish developed, which extract information from their Synergy, Macola ES, Progression or other databases - but needed to be presented in a specific manner. We have included examples of some of these ASP pages for your review in the Free Downloads / ASP Pages tab.
A phone interface was created due to a demand by one of our customers that used Synergy extensively throughout their organization. Because of the large number of individuals contacting any one customer, it was necessary to document all conversations and communications. Some of our other tools that we feel have value to customers and are simple to use include the creation of Synergy requests based upon information within an Excel spreadsheet. This was found to be beneficial while we were doing mailings and wished to have a record in Synergy for each document sent out to each Account.
