This tool provides an out-of-the-box solution for Synergy Users requiring Account Management Call Reporting and Sales Opportunity Management.
It was developed to have Synergy Users that are migrating from a Contact Management Programs such as ACT, Goldmine, SalesLogix or SalesForce.com to be up and running in a matter of days not weeks. Reports and Views have been added to this EventPak. Sales Opportunities can be tracked and reported within Synergy, in real time with no more Excel spreadsheet tracking.
With this EventPak, there are no SDK changes that are required to be made to Synergy. This means that customers that use this EventPak will not have to have modifications created when they move to the next version of Synergy (ASP Version).
