Asset Management Maintenance Tracking

This tool provides an out-of-the-box solution for Synergy Users requiring Maintenance Tracking functionality for their physical assets.

It was developed to have Synergy Users that are migrating from a manual tracking or other Maintenance tracking software to be up and running in a matter of days not weeks.  Over 30 Reports and Views have been added to this EventPak. 

With this EventPak, there are no SDK changes that are required to be made to Synergy.  This means that customers that use this EventPak will not have to have modifications created when they move to the next version of Synergy (ASP Version).  Click on the links (below) for more information or to purchase this EventPak.  

The price for this EventPak is $500 which includes phone support to install and implement this tool.  This document describes all of the tools that are included in this EventPak.  This Asset Maintenance EventPak requires the use of the Event Manager module.

SDK Information

When out-of-the-box functionality doesn't quite fit your business requirements, Exact Software has a Software Developers Kit (SDK) that can be used.

The benefit of using Exact's SDK means that changes made to the database or ASP changes will not affect your ability to move forward with additional versions of Synergy. 

An exception to this policy is when your organization moves from the ASP version of Synergy and moves over to the dot net version called Synergy Enterprise.  Because of a difference in programming languages - any modifications will need to be rewritten.
