The content that is contained within our website has been created as a result of the Synergy Classic (ASP) and Synergy Enterprise Implementations that we have completed during the past few years.
Many customers shared common issues and requirements when dealing with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as ACT or Goldmine. Our organization was a "Power User" of ACT before Synergy Classic (ASP) was first released by Exact Software. As a result of our own requirements and customer inquiries, we created our first tool, the CRM EventPak.
This CRM EventPak allowed us to quickly implement a CRM solution for customers. They were using Synergy Classic (ASP) within days, not months. Common sales activity reports were created that satisfied Sales Staff and Managers.
Our other solutions were developed as customers sought:
- Improved documentation on daily functionalities within Synergy
- Need to train other resources on Synergy
- Tools were needed to simplify processes within Synergy
